At Mecca Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and food products. If your order is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or exchange.

    Review Period

    Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure it meets our freshness and safety standards.

  • 3.
    Return Shipment

    If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send the unused portion back to our roastery.

  • 4.
    Resolution

    Once received, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your fresh replacement immediately.
