We roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure peak freshness. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we typically ship within 24-48 hours of roasting.

Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite blends or single-origin roasts on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis at a discounted rate.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship nationwide via standard and express carriers. Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping. Most orders arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Can I return my coffee if I don't like it?

Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact us and we will make it right.

Are your coffee beans ethically sourced?

Absolutely. We work directly with farmers and reputable importers to ensure fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and the highest quality specialty-grade beans.

Do you provide pre-ground coffee?

While we recommend buying whole beans for maximum freshness, we offer several grind options including Espresso, Filter, and French Press to suit your brewing equipment.
